Continuing with the Hefes I went for a local one this time, brewed in Portland by Widmer Brothers
Service type: 375ml bottle.
Style: Hefe-Weizen, 4.90% ABV.
Appearance: Hazy golden hay color with a medium bodied white head.
Aroma: Honey and wheat and some citrus.
Taste: Following the aroma, citrusy and wheaty with honey aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Very refreshingly light beer with light to medium carbonation.
Overall: Good choice for a local Hefe. Would go down nicely beside a pool on a warm afternoon...
